Neha Dani showcases fine jewellery in New York

Indian fine jewellery designer Neha Dani recently showcased her eponymous brand in New York, US, and spoke about her designs at the city’s Macklowe Gallery.
 

Dani’s showcase at the recent Salon Art + Design Exhibition at the Park Avenue Armory in New York, saw the jewellery designer promote her brand to an international audience. Dani presented a range of jewellery from her 'Srishti' collection, featuring titanium and custom rhodium finishes, diamonds, and coloured jewels, the designer announced on Facebook. 
 
Dani, who is based in New Delhi, also gave a talk on her design process at the Macklowe Gallery in New York, along with the gallery’s team of experts. Although Dani told Elle India that her approach to her jewellery brand is not commercially viable, she said: “I am contributing to the industry and building a community of collectors who value my creativity and workmanship.”

 
Dani launched her fine jewellery brand after attending the Gemological Institute of America to study jewellery design, wax carving, and gemology.

The designer also received the Fellowship of the Gemological Association of England.

“I started making high-end fine jewellery for friends and family, and that evolved into the creative jewellery I am making now,” Dani told Elle India, about how she began the brand.
