Neeta Lulla showcases collection at North America Fashion Week
Neeta Lulla travelled to the US to headline the last day of North America Fashion Week and showcased her latest traditional wear collection in Redmond with LIFT: Luxury Indian Fashion Tour.
On August 4, Neeta Lulla presented her designs on the runway in Redmond, Washington, as the headline designer at North America Fashion Week. Lulla’s collection featured her signature highly feminine take on Indian traditional wear, which was paired with traditional bridal jewellery.
The four-day long fashion event took place from August 1 to 4 at the Marriott in Redmond, U.S., and also featured Indian designers Timanaya, Mila by Milan, Alka Suman, Wedding Sootras, and Prashant Verma. The event was designed to promote Indian designers in the Washington State area.
Lulla’s participation in the fashion show was one stop on her ongoing U.S. tour. The designer has joined forces with LIFT: Luxury Indian Fashion Tour to promote her brand across the U.S. with a number of pop-up shops and meet-and-greets. On August 8, Lulla held a pop-up in Los Angeles at the Fashion by Rohini boutique and she will travel to Houston on August 17 for a pop-up at Westin Galleria.
In India, the brand also recently held an Exclusive Bridal Preview event at its flagship store at DLF Emporio in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. From August 2 to 4, the brand showcased its new bridal collection for the first time off the runway.
