Sustainable footwear brand Neeman’s has seen its conversion rates increase by 30% in less than 12 months of partnering with e-commerce enabler GoKwik. The brand has also increased its penetration of non-metro cities.

Neeman’s has boosted the rate at which people who look at its online store actually purchase something from it by harnessing tools provided by GoKwik, ET Bureau reported. The brand began working with Sequoia-backed GoKwik in July, 2021 and has used its technology which is designed to increase both conversion rates and profitability.

“We are excited and delighted to partner with GoKwik, which is committed to providing the brand with the access to capabilities that can supercharge our omni-channel journey,” said Neeman’s founder and CEO Taran Chhabra, ET Tech reported. “The launch of India’s first Tree Sneakers has been aided by the seamless integration with GoKwik.”

The partnership has enabled Neeman’s to reach more customers in Tier 3 and 4 markets. GoKwik has also used its algorithms to promote cash on delivery as a payment method, a payment method which is popular with more rural customers. “We have seen growth and a jump in sales ever since our partnership,” said GoKwik’s founder and CEO Chirag Taneja.

Neeman’s retails cruelty free and eco-friendly footwear and specialises in sneakers. The brand retails from its dedicated e-commerce store and is a direct-to-customer brand.
