Natural Diamond Council names its 'Diamond Standard List' of Indian Jewellers

The Natural Diamond Council has released its 'Diamond Standard List' to celebrate Indian jewellery brands in three categories: Heritage Icons, The Classics, and Avant-Garde Trendsetters.

To celebrate jewellery brands which have set a high standard for natural diamonds, the Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council announced on its website. Sabyasachi Jewellery was also a special title of ‘The Diamond Disruptor’ for its innovative designs. 
 
Jewellery brands in the Heritage Icons category were names as Ganjam, Khurana Jewellery House, Gem Palace, and NAC Jewellers. Brands in the Classics category were Anmol, De Beers Forevermark, Jaipur Gems, and Moksh – Fine Unseen Jewels. Finally, brands in the Avant -Garde Trendsetters category were VAK Jewels, House Of Umrao, VRK by Khanna Jewellers, and Mirari. The NDC held the awards ceremony in collaboration with Condé Nast Traveller and the index will feature in the magazine’s ‘Gold List 2022’.

“Joining forces with Condé Nast Traveller to reveal The Diamond Standard List and commemorate the achievements of the jewellery industry is an incredible moment,” said the NDC’s managing director for the Middle East and India Richa Singh, the GJEPC reported. “This list is a testament to our love of artistry, beauty and slow fashion and the passion that drives everything classic and avant-garde in the jewellery industry. We hope it will inspire our readers to dream and aspire to more remarkable designs as they celebrate their special moments with exquisite natural diamond jewellery that truly reflects their personality and style statement.”
