The Natural Diamond Council’s content publishing platform Only Natural Diamonds created its first Jewellery Trend Report and launched it during the first Fashion Design Council of India x Lakme Fashion Week.

The report is available to download from Natural Diamonds’ website and includes segments such as 'His & Hers’ by U.S.-based fashion designer Bibhu Mohapatra; ‘Gender-fluid Jewellery’; and ‘Shapeshifter’ by jewellery journalist, Katerina Perez. The report also features a ‘Where to Buy’ section at the end.

“This year marks the Natural Diamond Council’s first-ever Jewellery Trend Report for India,” Only Natural Diamonds announced on its India Facebook page. “We spoke to the Style Collective: Leading taste and style-makers, members of the royal family, renowned bloggers, and writers to determine the fine jewellery trends for 2021.”

“Our first-ever Trend Report showcases natural diamonds like you have never seen before,” wrote the Natural Diamond Council’s managing director, Richa Singh, in the introduction to the report. “This report is a product of love and labour and I hope it inspires you to wear your personality, and most importantly, have fun with jewellery.”

In partnership with the FDCI x Lakme Fashion Week, the organisations are promoting the report on their respective social media platforms along with a series of exclusive videos showcasing jewellery that features in the report. The initiative aims to promote natural diamonds at a time when imports of synthetic diamonds are rising and the market is increasingly competitive.
