Nakshatra showcases diamond collection at New York

Gitanjali Group jewellery firm Nakshatra world showcased its jewellery collection in a grand fashion sequence as part of IIFA Stomp Fashion event during the recently concluded 18th International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards at New York.

Bollywood actor Huma Qureshi was the showstopper for the show walking for Nakshatra diamond jewellery designer Sara Kazimi.

Nakshatra world sequence featured models in couture from Sonaakshi Raaj who sparkled on the ramp in the latest collections of Nakshatra diamond Jewellery.

The stunning new Nakshatra diamond jewellery collections are crafted around contemporary, stylized interpretations of the traditional seven-petalled diamond flower motif, the company said in a statement.

Indian online fashion retailer Myntra had also showcased its collection at the same event held at the Times Square, New York wherein Bollywood actors Dia Mirza, Varun Dhawan, Tapsee Pannu had walked the ramp.

Nakshatra World Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gitanjali Gems Limited earlier in the year had filed draft papers with capital markets regulator Sebi to float an initial public offering (IPO) comprising of 1.8 crore equity shares of Nakshatra World, which offers jewellery under the brands Nakshatra, Gili, Asmi, Sangini, Diya, Parineeta and Rivaaz.
