Myntra already sells its private labels online on Walmart Canada and is now looking to tap the fashion market in the USA. Walmart sells a range of Myntra clothing on its Canadian online site through a seller named Savadika Retail.

Walmart is planning to take the omnichannel route in the USA and plans to sell Myntra brands at its stores as well as online.

“We enabled Myntra to be online in Canada and we are also anticipating launching Myntra brands in our stores in Canada in Q3, a nice compliment for an omnichannel experience for our customers. We exploring all trade lanes with Myntra products," JP Suarez, executive vice president and chief administration officer, Walmart International was quoted as saying by Livemint.

Walmart, which acquired a 77 percent controlling stake of Flipkart and its subsidiary Myntra last summer, is using its investment to tap into the Indian retailer’s global potential by expanding its international presence.

Some of Myntra’s private labels include Roadster, Bollywood celebrity-backed HRX, House of Pataudi, All About You among many others.
