Myntra to launch new brands during ‘Beauty Edit’ sale
The three-day sale event will see several new brand launches on the platform and Myntra will be offering up to 50% discounts on top beauty brands.
“Some of the new brands that are being launched during the festival are Milani, Schwarzkopf, Olapex, Corioliss, Wella Professional, Yardley, hair care range from Marc Anthony and many more,” Myntra said in a statement.
“Shoppers will also be able to purchase the One8 range of grooming products, by Virat Kohli, which will be launched exclusively on Myntra during the event,” it added.
The e-commerce major had entered the beauty sector last year and has been aggressively expanding its beauty space to make further inroads in the country’s fast-growing beauty segment.
Beauty and personal care has been growing at 400% year-on-year and is currently one of the fast-growing segments for Myntra. It is eyeing $100-150 million in business over the next two years from this segment.
Myntra’s ‘Beauty Edit’ has now become a biannual event after the success of its previous four editions. The first event was held on December 6, 2017.
