Flipkart’s fashion arm Myntra has named Nupur Nagpal as chief human resources officer and promoted Raghu Krishnananda to chief technology and product officer, as part of its aim to become future ready.

Myntra has made a number of recent appointments as part of its increased focus on technology - Myntra

Nagpal has joined Myntra from unified customer experience management business Sprinklr and her new role at Myntra will see her responsible for leading the business’ human resources roadmap, ET Bureau reported. Nagpal has also previously worked for businesses including Prione Group of Companies, Amazon, Tata Group, and WNS Global Services, among others.

Krishnananda previously held the role of chief technology officer at Myntra and will now also lead the business’ product division. Myntra’s former chief product officer Lalitha Ramani recently left the role after two years in order to pursue interests outside of the organisation, according to Myntra.

“Krishnananda has contributed significantly to building the tech platforms and growth story for Myntra and has demonstrated product leadership across various roles in his previous stints,” said Myntra in a company statement.

Myntra has recently made a number of changes to its executive team. The business also recently promoted Achint Setia to head of marketing.
