Myntra launches 'M-Express' to offer 48-hour delivery in fashion and beauty categories
Flipkart's fashion arm Myntra has launched express delivery service ‘M-Express’ to offer over three lakh products for delivery in 24 to 48 hours to over 1,300 Indian pin codes through its shopping app.
Myntra’s M-Express is a first for a fashion and beauty platform of its size, the business announced in a press release on May 26. The new delivery feature has been launched ahead of the business’ upcoming 16th edition of its ‘End of Reason Sale’, one of its main sale events of the year.
Shoppers looking for a fast fashion delivery can browse Myntra’s shopping app with a M-Express filter to view only products available with the service. Products available on the express delivery service also have a visual M-Express tag to make them visually identifiable.
“At Myntra, we are in constant pursuit to enhance the overall customer experience,” said Myntra’s CEO Nandita Sinha in a press release. “M-Express offers complete control to consumers in choosing their products based on the delivery timelines, thus empowering them to make better purchase decisions. We believe M-Express will be a game changer for the industry and drive delight for the fashion-forward customer base while reinforcing loyalty. This will in turn boost the opportunity for brands, and small and medium sellers to grow.”
M-Express has launched in metro locations for around 30% of Myntra’s total stock. The business will next expand the service to Tier 2 and 3 locations and launch a web version of the service in the coming months.
