Mustard Fashion has earmarked an investment of Rs 48 crore ($6.8 million) on its expansion and plans to open 100 new stores over the next three years.

The brand opened its new stores at GK 1 and Pacific Mall Dwarka to take its store count in Delhi to eight. The Mustard stores will offer affordable apparel in all categories such as casual wear, party wear, office wear, ethnics, and outerwear.

Commenting on the store opening, Saurabh Gupta managing director at Mustard Fashion in a statement said: “Delhi is not just the capital of India, it is also the fashion capital of India and people here just love dressing up no matter what the season is. As a brand, we want to make ourselves easily accessible and that is one of the reasons why we decide to open stores in key central locations in the city.”

“We opened our flagship store in Dehradun recently and now launched 2 new stores in Delhi as well. At the moment we are working on our expansion plans across the nation, we plan to open 100 EBO’s in the next 3 years with an investment of Rs. 48 crore,” Gupta added.

Founded in the year 2004 in India, Mustard Fashion currently operates 33 exclusive brand stores (EBO’s) in 15 cities across India.
