Multi-brand boutique Ogaan hosts collection preview 'Summer by Ogaan'

The multi-brand luxury boutique Ogaan held a preview of its curated summer selection titled “Summer by Ogaan” at its New Delhi store and later held the event in its Hyderabad and Mumbai boutiques.

Ogaan launched a summer-themed exhibition featuring a diverse group of designers across its India stores to celebrate the new season. Summer by Ogaan launched at its Malcha Marg store in New Delhi on March 17 and then in its Banjara Hills store and new Kala Ghoda store in Mumbai on March 18. This was the first time many of the designers’ clothes were launched in-store and fresh off the runway, after the recent Lotus Makeup India Fashion Week in New Delhi and Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai.

The exhibition featured breezy traditional wear by Vrisa at its Malcha Marg store, which mixed romantic florals on loose cottons with classic ethnic motifs and small tassel details. Shweta Kapur, Amrich, Pero, Payal Khandwala, Dhruv Kapoor, Chola, and Eka also launched their summer collections in-store.

Payal Khandwala, Ekta, Peachoo, and Anavila all launched their spring/summer collections in Ogaan’s Banajara Hills store on March 18 with a display of sunny yellow textiles and handloom kurtas. The newly opened Kala Ghoda store in Mumbai also launched the exhibition that day with a blue and yellow themed display.

Ogaan was founded in 1989 and describes itself as India’s first multi-brand luxury clothing store. The business now has five stores in New Delhi and one store each in Mumbai and Hyderabad.
