Mufti strengthens retail footprint with new store in Ahmedabad
Men’s fashion and denim apparel brand Mufti has strengthened its retail presence with the opening of its new store in the city of Ahmedabad.
The new flagship store is spread across an area of 1,500 square feet and located at CG Road, Ahmedabad.
Mufti, owned by Credo Brands Marketing Pvt Ltd, has been on an expansion spree of late and is planning to further expand its retail footprint by opening 25 new stores before the end of the current fiscal year, with a focus on tier 2, 3 cities.
Commenting on the launch of the latest concept store, Kamal Khushlani managing director and founder of Mufti in a statement said: “One of the main goals of our expansion drive has been to create impactful and engaging experiences for our consumers. Our new concept store aims to invoke memories of the city through a cohesively designed effective visual merchandising. Through our design we seek to leave a powerful brand in our customer’s mind.”
Mufti had posted sales revenue of Rs 395 crore ($55.1 million) for the financial year 2019 and expects a 12 percent annual growth this fiscal.
The brand was launched in 1998 by Kamal Khushlani and currently has a retail network of over 300 stores across the country.
