The children’s fashion and lifestyle brand and online platform BabyChakra also took part in the event. The brand’s founder and CEO Naiyya Saggi spoke at a panel on the day.

The event also featured a “Freedom to Feed” booth to campaign for women to have the freedom to breastfeed in public. Bollywood celebrity Neha Dhupia took part in the initiative and spoke about her own experience as a new mother in a panel discussion.

The Mommy Network launched in 2014 by Kiran Amlani, Tejal Bajla, and Shreya Lamba as an information sharing Facebook group for mothers. The digital community now has around 10,000 global members and hosts a number of events across India.
