Modish to hold fashion fair in Lucknow

Business-to-customer shopping fair Modish will return to Lucknow for a ‘Summer Fiesta’ fashion and lifestyle exhibition from April 30 to May 1 at Hotel Clarks Avadh in the city.

For its next edition, Modish will showcase a range of summer themed apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods, the event organisers announced on Facebook. Featured product categories will include women’s ethnic wear, fusion wear, and western wear, jewellery, handbags, footwear, handicrafts, home décor, and gift items, among others.

The event organisers have just begun to announce participating brands. Kolkata-based women’s ethnic and traditional wear brand Sea Nymphs will retail a range of kurtas and jewellery brand Mahalaxmi Jewellery will showcase bridal and traditional designs. The majority of brands will come from the Lucknow area but others will travel from further afield giving the city’s shoppers the chance to discover new labels.

The event is organised by Modish which specialises in running fashion shopping events in non-metro locations. The organisers expect around 70 brands to showcase their wares at the fair and around 2,000 visitors to attend, according to its 10Times events page.

Modish held its most recent shopping fair in Lucknow from December 24 to 25, 2021. The Christmas-themed market brought together fashion and lifestyle brands, some of which will join the fair for its summer edition.
