The trades show organiser Eurovet is ahead of the game, already announcing its dates for 2011. Therefore Mode City and Interfilière announce their shows for 9th to 11th of July, decided in accordance with the exhibitors and buyers.

"In 2008, we moved from Lyon to Paris. In 2009, the market became complicated. So today the time has come to change our timings and position ourselves at the start of the season", Marie-Laure Bellon-Homps, CEO of Eurovet states. She believes that the leading lingerie and sailor-style fashion trade fair will surprisingly guide the season, whilst many national trade shows are held in July and August. Also these dates will be the best compromise. The exhibitions which cover the branch′s foundations (materials, fabric and accessories) and its upper levels (corsets, swimwear, lingerie…) will be held at the same time as Bread&Butter, but also before the 14th of July holiday-maker boom.

In parallel, Eurovet is launching a new exhibition in September. Baptised Cruise by Mode City, it will allow fashion brands and the style sector to benefit from synergies with the great Paris exhibition centre at ′Porte de Versailles′. But also Paris ready-to-wear show, Who's Next maintains its same dates. The first wanted to work with Paris Fashion Days from July onwards in the international calendar. Above all, the shows expected for the Paris exhibition centre could still endure changes.
