Misho launches men's jewellery line

Jewellery brand Misho has stepped into men’s jewellery with its new line Misho Man, which launched with a dedicated segment on the brand’s e-commerce store.

Misho’s first jewellery collection dedicated to men mixes the brand’s signature textile, sculptural designs with a more paired-down aesthetic. The brand has previously released stand-alone men’s designs and felt that the increased mainstream acceptance of jewellery for men means the time is right for a dedicated line.
“The collection was inspired by a man who may live in the city but belongs in the wild,” Misho’s founder and creative director, Suhani Parekh, told Vogue India about the new line.
“I think there’s something extremely poetic about Algarve’s shores- its thin line separates land and sea, and the juxtaposition of the rocky cliffs, the soft white sand and deep blue of the Atlantic reminded me of the different facets of the men in my life, who are the inspiration behind the collection.”
The line features engrave-able dog tags, signet rings, crystal bracelets, black pearl necklaces, chains, and androgynous pendants. Prices range from Rs 4,000 ($53.53) for a thin chain to Rs 9,800 for a Zodiac sign medallion.
“Every piece of design is a combination of masculine and feminine elements and energy, be it form, colour, or functionality,” said Parekh. “It’s all about creating a balance.”
