Melorra has reached an annual recurring revenue of $100 million which makes it one of India’s fastest growing direct-to-customer businesses in terms of revenue. The gold and diamond jewellery brand plans to continue to expand and targets $1 billion in revenue by 2026.

The fast growing business aims to continue to expand with an omni-channel approach to reach its next revenue milestone. With a current total of 23 ‘experience centre’ stores in India, Melorra plans to being this total to 350 by the 2026 financial year, the Economic Times reported.

“Since its inception, Melorra has been committed to offering the best possible and unique designs to our customers and a hassle free purchasing experience,” said Melorra’s founder and CEO Saroja Yeramilli, ET Online reported. “We look forward to continuing to bring the lightweight, trendy gold jewellery to our customers and grow further, reaching $1 billion in revenue by 2026.”

In order to expand its online sales both in India and internationally, the business will continue to add a high number of lightweight designs to its inventory, a product category which continues to grow in popularity. The business has a strong customer base in Tier 2 and 3 cities, into which it plans to continue to increase brand consciousness for growth.

Melorra has an exceedingly large design library and launches new jewellery collections every week. The brand now counts over 18,000 different jewellery designs in categories including lightweight, diamond, and occasion wear among others, with a focus on trend-led, modern styles.
