Melorra appoints Vincent Dominic Braganza as chief operating officer

Jewellery brand Melorra has appointed Vincent Dominic Braganza as its new chief operating officer. Braganza will be responsible for the brand’s operations pan India.
 

Braganza has over 23 years of experience in areas such as marketing, merchandising, sales, operations, retail, manufacturing, and business development. In his most recent assignment, he headed the operations for Bengaluru based Bluestone Jewellery.
 
Commenting on the appointment, Saroja Yeramilli, founder at Melorra in a statement said, “Vincent has the experience of building some of the finest brands and companies in India and Dubai as well. A seasoned professional with excellent execution skills, he has a strong understanding of business levers and strategy. I am happy to have him in the leadership team and look forward to growing the business together.”

Vincent Dominic Braganza added, “Melorra has successfully addressed the demand for trendy jewellery to complement a modern woman’s western wardrobe. I am excited to leverage my experience of creating consumer brands and profitable businesses in jewellery and outside, to build Melorra into the largest and most profitable daily wear fine jewellery brand in the years to come.”
 
Melorra had witnessed year-on-year revenue growth of 400 percent in the financial year 2019 and expects it grow a further five times during the current fiscal.
