Medwinds opens first store in London

Spanish clothing retailer Medwinds is bringing its Mediterranean style to British shores, with a first store opening in London’s Shoreditch area.

After the success of its Bloomsbury pop-up store during fashion week in September 2011, Lorenzo Fluxa (member of Camper’s founding family) has brought his brand to London on a more permanent basis.

Medwinds’ lifestyle-inspired collection is positioned as an upmarket brand for men and women. Situated at 107a Commercial Street, the store carries the label’s entire collection for as well as its “Handmed collection”, a selection of bags masterfully crafted by local Mediterranean artisans. Medwinds latest collection “On the beach”, created by Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa, is also available at the store.
