Medimix collaborates with social media influencers to promote its new product
Personal care brand Medimix, owned by Cholayil Pvt Ltd, has collaborated with social media influencers to launch a digital campaign, with the aim to boost sales of its newly launched natural soap.
Medimix claims that its product has a blend of 100 percent natural glycerine and Lakshadi Oil, which protects skin cells and helps regain the lost moisture.
Fashion and lifestyle influencers like Kusha Kapila, Niki Mehra, Saloni Sehra and Aashna Malani feature in the campaign, urging people to opt for natural products over chemical-based products.
The brand has also launched a ‘Medimix soft skin challenge’ on social media to engage with the audience.
Speaking on the campaign, Ashish Ohlyan, head of marketing at Cholayil Pvt Ltd, in a statement said: “With this campaign, our call to action for the consumers to switch from their existing soap and try the Medimix Natural Glycerine soap. We hope customers will relate to the product which will further help us to gain a market share in the glycerine category.”
Cholayil Consumer Care is also planning to strengthen its presence across markets to fuel the growth. Medimix currently offers four variants of soap and eight variants of face wash. The brand was launched in 1969 and claims to be the largest sold Ayurvedic soap in the world.
