Max Fashion partners with Disney for Kid Fest, expects strong sales in kids segment

Max Fashion, the leading fashion brand from the house of Landmark Group, has collaborated with Disney’s Marvel 'Avenger’s: End Game' for its annual Kid Fest in India.

Max Fashion is betting big on the kid’s category for growth in the Indian market and expects the association to drive big footfall to all its stores.
 
Over the years, Kid Fest -- a kid’s fashion festival run by the Dubai-based Landmark -- has resulted in high engagement and sales for Max Fashion. The brand plans to take it to the next level this year and has planned a 45-day long campaign for children across its stores in India.

Commenting on the association, Jiten Mahendra, vice president marketing, Max Fashion in a statement said, “[Kid Fest] is an eight-year-old property for us and has resulted in high engagement and sales for us over the past few years. This year we are very proud to be associated with Marvel Avengers- Endgame, the most awaited movie of the year and this association has strengthened from the product (apparels, merchandise, and accessories) connect to promotion.
 
“This is one of the strongest associations with Disney we have done by far till date. Kids are an important segment focus for us. Every year we engage with more than 3 lakh kids across India during this season, this year we are looking to take it to the next level,” Mahendra added.
 
Max Fashion plans to enter 20 new markets in India during the financial year 2019-20. It currently has a presence of around 280 stores in India.
