Arora has included the cartoon character Tuzki in India with his new collaborative collection with Koovs, “Love is Love”. The character features in the unisex collection through a licensing agreement and adorns denim jackets, bomber jackets, and bold, graphic t-shirts.

“When the opportunity to create a Tuzki-inspired collection presented itself, I jumped at it right away as I am a huge fan,” Arora said in a statement, as reported by License Global. “It was a real adventure, since the creative possibilities are just endless. Tuzki has universal appeal, and I can’t wait for India to experience this collection on Koovs.”

“WarnerMedia’s trendsetting emoji Tuzki is finally coming to India,” Cartoon Network Enterprises’ Asia Pacific vice president Vikram Sharma said in a statement, as reported by LTW Media.

“The creative collaboration with Manish Arora sets the tone for Tuzki’s grand entry into the Indian shores after his international debut at Paris Fashion Week last year... Stay tuned for many more collaborations and partnerships,” he added, hinting at a strengthened presence in the Indian market in future.

Arora had previously featured the Tuzki character in his “One Day in Paris” collection which he showcased at Paris Fashion Week last year. The character was created by Momo Wang in 2006 and features in the popular messaging service WeChat.
