The new store located at the Indiranagar shopping centre is spread across an area of 5,500 square feet with two floors that houses woman, man, and kid’s lines under one roof, a first for a Mango store in India.

Mango sees huge growth potential in India as it has become the country in Asia with the highest number of points of sale with 80 at the end of 2022.

The brand has aggressive expansion plans for India and plans to open more than 35 new stores to take its total store network to more than 110 by the end of the year.

Commenting on the expansion, As Daniel López, Mango’s expansion director in a statement said, “India is one of the most important markets in our internationalisation strategy, because, according to all forecasts, this country is destined to become the third-largest consumer market in the world within the next few years and we want Mango to have a significant presence in it.”

Mango has partnered with Flipkart-owned fashion retailer Myntra to help it widen its presence in the offline and online space in India.
