Malhar to hold summer shopping festival in Ghatkopar East

From April 12 to 13, business-to-customer shopping fair Malhar Exhibition will bring together fashion and lifestyle brands at Ghatkopar East’s Bhatia Wadi for a summer-themed event. 

The upcoming edition of Malhar Exhibition is dedicated to summer fashion and aims to give Ghatkopar East’s shoppers a one-stop-shop for seasonal shopping. Featured product categories at the fair will include women’s traditional, ethnic, and fusion wear as well as handbags, accessories, jewellery, and footwear, among others, the event organisers announced on Facebook. 
 
The fashion fair held its most recent edition on April 5 in Gurugram at the city’s Jawahar Nagar Hall, the event organisers announced on Facebook. The ‘Summer Swag’ event took place in partnership with Prayojan and featured a range of apparel with a focus on womenswear with participating brands including Ritu Creation, Indira Trunk, Deepa Creation, Supra the Label, A V Creation, Radha Creation, Smart Ideaz, and Blush Couture among others. A number of these brands will also participate in the upcoming event in Ghatkopar East. 

The event will uphold Covid-19 health and safety regulations as per local government guidelines. The fair aims to give local businesses a platform from which to connect with new customers and will also feature some brands from other states.
