Malabar Gold to expand presence in Telangana

Jewellery chain Malabar Gold & Diamonds strengthened its retail presence in the southern state of Telangana with the opening of its ninth store in the city of Hyderabad.
 

The company has been witnessing strong sales from the state and plans to further strengthen its presence by opening more stores in the state.
 
The new Malabar showroom is located Habsiguda in Hyderabad and will house the latest jewellery collections from the brand. The store was inaugurated by actress Tamannah Bhatia.

Malabar Gold is expecting strong sales during the festive season and will be offering discounts on jewellery purchases of diamond and gold jewellery.
 
Commenting on the expansion plans, Malabar Group managing director Asher in a statement said: "We are grateful to our customers who have reposed their trust in our business. We will be opening more shops in Telangana going forward. We are committed to ensuring value for money to the customers by providing them with high quality products, new technology and through sincere trade."
 
As part of its expansion plans, Malabar will open 20 new stores in India and abroad before the end of the current financial year.
 
Malabar Gold currently has a retail network of 250 outlets spread across 10 countries and also sells online through e-commerce websites in India.
