Madame holds Gurugram showcase, launches Metaverse store

Womenswear brand Madame held a four-day showcase in Gurugram to unveil its autumn/ winter 2023 collection, featuring 4,000 garments. The brand also partnered with Trace Network Labs to launch a digital shopping experience.

Madame is harnessing both online and offline showcases to promote its latest designs. The brand is also bullish on growth in the coming financial year and expects to register 33.3% growth, the brand announced in a press release on February 14. 
 
“At Madame, we believe that fashion is a celebration of individual style and expression,” said the brand’s executive director Akhil Jain in a press release. “Our latest Autumn Winter 2023 collection embodies this ethos, with a range of pieces that cater to every style preference and occasion. We are thrilled to showcase our latest offerings at our AW'23 Roadshow event and offer a glimpse into the upcoming fashion trends of the season. The digital clothing store experience at Pariz Metaverse adds to the icing on the cake, enabling us to adorn the virtual space with great fashion.”

The showcase took place at Gurugram’s Apparel House and welcomes over 700 guests including franchise partners, distributors, and industry insiders, according to the brand. The showcase featured a range of outerwear, denim, casual, and occasion wear as well as designs by subsidiaries Camla and Msecret.  

Madame is also focusing on digital promotions to expand its customer base. The brand has partnered with Trace Network Labs to create the experience of a digital clothing store in the Pariz Metaverse. The virtual store is designed to offer an immersive shopping experience and Madame is the first apparel brand to launch a storefront in the Pariz Metaverse.
