Mac V opens new eyewear kiosk in Lucknow

Eyewear retailer Mac V has opened a kiosk in Lucknow in the city’s Lulu Mall. The kiosk has launched the brand’s new spring/ summer 2023 sunglasses collection for both men and women.

“Set your sights on refined eyewear for the season, only at Mac V,” announced Lulu Mall on Facebook on April 5. The Mac V kiosk is located opposite to Daiso in the mall and features a wide selection of coloured-lens glasses with green, yellow, blue, pink, and brown options among others. A number of vintage style aviator frames feature alongside modern, chunky designs and clear reading glasses.

Mac V is run by McPherson and Valentine Limited and the brand specialises in fashion sunglasses. The Scotland-based brand has retailed in India for around 10 years and has stores and retail touch points across the country.

In November, 2022, the brand made its brick-and-mortar debut in Madhya Pradesh by opening an exclusive brand outlet in Indore Airport, Retail Growth reported. Mac V also took the occasion of the store launch to announce plans to open a second store in Madhya Pradesh in Indore’s new Phoenix Citadel Mall.

Lulu Mall Lucknow was opened in late 2022 by mall development business Lulu Group. The mall has been adding numerous brands to its portfolio and recently opened stores for eyewear retailer GKB Opticals, lingerie brand Enamor, clothing brand FabAlley, and footwear brand Aldo among others.
