Lotus Organics+ launches new hemp product line

Organic skincare brand Lotus Organics+ has expanded its premium product offering and launched new a product line ‘Hemp Youth Glow’ which centres around active ingredient hemp oil. 

Lotus Organics+ has begun using hemp in its beauty products and launched an extensive skincare solution for new product line Hemp Youth Glow, the brand announced in a press release. The new line features products including Hemp Youth Glow Blissful Serum, Hemp Youth Glow Crème, Hemp Youth Glow Soothing cleanser, Hemp Youth Glow Facial Oil, and  Hemp Youth Glow Sleep Crème.
 
“Hemp has a lot of medicinal skin benefits, and this vegan, non-toxic range of hemp skincare products responds beautifully with my skin,” said Lotus Organics+ brand ambassador, Bollywood celebrity Dia Mirza in a press release.

The line uses hemp oil which is derived from organic unrefined Cannabis Sativa seeds. In July 2018, Uttarakhand became the first state to permit the industrial cultivation of industrial hemp and the legality of hemp has been increasingly recognised enabling its wider use in the beauty, food, and textile industries. 
 
The line launched on the Lotus Organics+ e-commerce store as well as on multi-brand e-commerce stores with Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, and Purplle, among others. Lotus Organics+ uses 100% certified organic actives in its products and 100% recyclable packaging.
