Lotus Makeup appoints Vaani Kapoor as brand ambassador

Lotus Herbals has appointed Bollywood actress Vaani Kapoor as its brand ambassador for its range of skin-friendly natural makeup products. As part of the agreement, Kapoor will endorse a range of Lotus Herbals products for two years. 

Kapoor is the new face of Lotus Herbals and will star in a range of promotions for the brand, Lotus Herbals announced in a press release on November 7. Kapoor will endorse Lotus Makeup’s Proedit and Ecostay ranges in pan-India campaigns. 
 
“We are delighted to have Vaani Kapoor endorse the Lotus makeup brand since she resonates with our brand’s commitment towards clean and non-toxic beauty,” said the business’ chairman and managing director Nitin Passi in a press release. “We launched Lotus Makeup in 2011 and were the first Indian vegan makeup brand to hit the market. Today’s discerning consumers are eco-conscious and are on the lookout for makeup products that provide safety, efficacy and ethical practices. The high-performance product offerings from Lotus makeup tick all the boxes and appeal to a wide spectrum of consumers who wish to use only natural products for their makeup regime.”

Lotus Herbals plans to harness Kapoor’s pan-India popularity to engage new customers, especially in the Gen Z age group. A brand film starring Kapoor will be disseminated across social media and in select multiplex cinemas.
