Lotus Herbals acquires 20 percent stake in Yogic Secrets

Lotus Herbals family office has invested an undisclosed amount in Gurugram-based start-up Yogic Secrets Healthcare to acquire a 20 percent stake in the company.

The investment will help Lotus Herbals strengthen its leadership position in the beauty and wellness space while helping Yogic Secrets expands its presence in domestic, international markets.

Yogic Secrets will utilise the funds to scale up their operations in India and enter international markets such as USA, UK, Australia among others.

Commenting on the funding, Dr Anil Khandelwal, founder managing director of Yogic Secrets in a statement said, “We are highly excited about our partnership with Lotus Herbals given their incredible growth journey driven by their dynamic promoters. With the Lotus Herbals investment opening new horizons, we see a tremendous possibility of catapulting us towards our vision to provide preventive, palliative and curative healthcare."
