Looks Salon appoints Samir Srivastav as chief executive officer

Looks Salon India has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Samir Srivastav as its chief executive officer (CEO).

In his new role, Srivastav will lead the group’s business and drive the growth strategy with focus of west, east, and south Indian markets.

Additionally, he has been entrusted with the responsibility to diversify the company’s portfolio which will include launch of skin care products and other essential beauty accessories.

Commenting on the appointment, Samay Dutta, managing director of the Looks Salon in a statement said, “Samir is known in the industry for building brands using a champion framework. He has the right blend of experience and knowledge to lead the group business and scale the growth path. With Samir at the helm, we are excited to see the next phase of expansion for the brand.”

Samir Srivastav added, “I am excited to merge my experience with global brands and introduce the latest innovations to build Looks Salon as a truly aspirational brand. In my current role here, I look forward to elevating the brand's presence and offering bespoke services across markets in India and globally.”

Samir Srivastav is an industry veteran with 22 years of work experience. He previous role was as the CEO of Jean-Claude Biguine Salon and Spa.
