Lifestyle continues expansion amid Covid-19, enters Guwahati market

Landmark Group-owned Lifestyle had expanded its footprint in the Northeast India by opening its first flagship store in the city of Guwahati.
 

The new store, located at Aurus Mall, is three stories and is spread across an area of 31,000 square feet. It offers a wide variety of national and international brands.
 
Commenting on the expansion, Rishi Vasudev, CEO at Lifestyle, in a statement said: “We are very excited to launch our first store in Guwahati. The place represents a cosmopolitan lifestyle with consumers who have great understanding of latest fashion and trends. The market in the North East shows great promise, and we look forward to welcoming our customers into a safe and joyful shopping environment.”

Lifestyle will operate its new store by following all the Covid-19 precautionary measures and standard operating procedures. The company said that it thoroughly sanitizes the store on a regular basis and also facilitates a contactless shopping, billing and invoicing experience for its customers.
 
Lifestyle has managed to touch 60 percent of pre-pandemic level numbers since the reopening of the markets post-lockdown, and is focusing on boosting its sales during the upcoming festive season.
 
Lifestyle started its operations in India in 1999 and currently has more than 80 stores in India.
