Levi's opens largest store to date at Oberoi Mall in Mumbai

Denim and casual wear brand Levi’s has opened its largest sized store within an Indian mall to date in Mumbai’s Oberoi Mall. The store measures 3,798 square-feet and houses the brand’s ‘Tailor shop experience’ centre. 

Levi’s new store is now open in Mumbai and houses a wide selection of menswear, womenswear, and accessories, the Oberoi Mall announced on Facebook. The retail space has a customisation area where shoppers can personalise their Levi’s clothing with patches, embroidery, paneling, and distressing for an interactive experience. 

“We are excited to have the newest flagship store of Levi’s launched at Oberoi Mall, which is not only the largest store in the country but also offers its signature Tailor shop experience,” said Oberoi Mall CEO Sameep Pathak at the recent launch, Indian Retailing reported. “The addition of this denim giant will definitely boost the casual offerings at the mall. It has always been our endeavour to bring in the best of the renowned brands at Oberoi Mall and to further provide a holistic shopping experience to our customers.”

Levi’s entered the Indian market in 1994 through its wholly-owned subsidiary Levi’s Strauss India Limited. The brand aims to continue to expand its brick-and-mortar footprint across the country this year.
