Letsshave raises funds from Wipro Consumer Care

Letsshave, a direct-to-consumer men’s grooming brand has raised an undisclosed amount from Wipro Consumer Care Ventures, the venture capital fund of Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting.

The brand will utilise the funding to enhance its online presence within the Indian market and aims to be a profitable business in a year.

Commenting on the investment, Sumit Keshan, managing partner at Wipro Consumer Care in a statement said, “Letsshave has shown promising growth and has been able to expand its consumer base with launch of new category of product range in high quality trimmers etc. They operate in a large market of razors, blades, trimmers, and with their strong execution abilities are on a path of rapid growth.”

Sidharth Oberoi, founder of Letsshave added, “We expect to touch over Rs 50 crore in revenue in the next few years. Our DNA is to build a sustainable and profitable business without bleeding heavily. We will make Letsshave a profitable business within the one-year period, aiming to be the number one shaving brand online.”

Chandigarh-based Letsshave specialises in grooming and personal care products. It sells through its online website and e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Noon, and Walmart across various regions, including the UAE, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.
