The mission for Gros is to expand Lectra's activity in the UK, the Netherlands and Denmark, as well as in Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Baltic states.

The expansion sought in these countries hinges of course on local brands and stylists, and also on various automotive and leather specialist companies.

Lectra noted how a significant interest was expressed by local industry players in its product life-cycle management solutions.

In 2014 Lectra generated a revenue of €211 million and currently numbers 23,000 clients in over one hundred countries. The company employs a staff of 1,500 and works notably for major luxury goods groups such as Vuitton and Hermès, as well as fast fashion specialists such as H&M.
