Landmark Group’s value fashion brand Easybuy plans to continue to expand its brick-and-mortar presence across India and cross the 100-store mark soon, entering every district-headquarters of the country.

Easybuy plans to continue to increase its franchised outlets in India and has seen many of its franchise partners launch multiple Easybuy stores, fuelling its growth, Easybuy’s senior vice president and business head, Anand Aiyer, told India Retailing in an interview.
The brand will continue this swift pace expansion into 2021.
“We support our franchise partners across all aspects of the business, from catchment study, layout, store fit-outs, manpower recruitment and training, store launch, local marketing and so on,” said Aiyer. This, he said, has boosted franchise uptake.
Easybuy looked to expand its online presence during the pandemic last year and launched on e-commerce giant Amazon India. The brand also opened pop-up stores to cater to local communities in 2020 and launched its ‘Easybuy Privilege Customer’ programme to facilitate video-based shopping.
After focusing on product categories including loungewear and work-from-home wear, Easybuy reported a strong response from customers, particularly in Tier 2 and 3 locations. The brand saw particular growth in its children’s wear segment, according to Aiyer.
