Landmark Group appoints Harsh Aparanji as chief human resources officer

Retail and hospitality major Landmark Group has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Harsh Aparanji as its chief human resources officer (CHRO) for its India business.

In his new role, Aparanji will be responsible for all the human resources function of the company across all business units with focus on talent building and retention.

Commenting on his new role, Harsh Aparanji in a statement said, “I am delighted to start this new journey with one of the most renowned companies, the Landmark Group as a CHRO. Harsh Aparanji has over 25 years of experience and has led diverse HR teams to enable talent, engagement, and leadership capability across India, Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
Prior to joining Landmark Group, he has worked with companies such as DXC Technology, Honeywell, Colgate Palmolive, and Tata Consulting.

Founded in 1973 in Bahrain, the Landmark Group is one of the largest retail groups with operations in Middle East, Africa, and India. It entered the Indian market in 1999 and currently operates formats including Lifestyle department stores chain, Home Centre, and Max Fashion in the country.
