Innisfree has teamed up with the Ogaan Cancer Foundation for a collection inspired by “The Lake Isle of Innisfree”, a poem by William Butler Yeats. The new “Orchid” range by the brand uses naturally sourced ingredients from the Korean island of Jeju.

The collection aims to be an all-in-one treatment for wrinkles, skin-resilience, tone, nutrition, and pores. The range taps into the antioxidant effect of the orchid flowers found on Jeju Island to help protect the skin.

The Ogaan Cancer Foundation is an India-based charity that works to help those with cancer. The foundation has forged a number of fashion collaborations including with Marks & Spencer and Lulu & Sky and has also teamed up with Elle India.

Innisfree was the first Korean cosmetics brand that entered India with 100 percent foreign direct investment (FDI). The brand retails in the country from its own e-commerce store as well as on a number of online platforms. 2018 has seen the brand expand aggressively in the country capitalising on the increasing popularity of Korean skincare both in India and globally.
