Korean e-tailer Hopting sees strong growth in international markets

E-tailer Hopting, Korean women’s specialty clothing mall, has seen strong growth in the six months since first entering the global market in July 2015. Monthly, international sales now account for 10% of total sales of Hopting. Also, the company has successfully increased brand awareness by continued sponsorship of wardrobes for Korean costume dramas.

Even before entering the global market, the company was receiving international orders via its Korean website. Hopting’s "magic pants", highly elasticized pants for supreme comfort, have also furthered the company’s success. "We believed that winning new markets quickly would secure future competitiveness after we started up in 2014 and we launched the English, Chinese and Japanese versions of our online mall through the global e-commerce platform of cafe24,” explained CEO Kim Yeo-Jin.

Established in 2014, Hopting is a Korean women's online clothing specialty mall with on-trend products. The company carries a wide range of sizes and caters to all customer body types with sizes XS to XXL for most products.
