The 2358 Store plans to continue to expand its franchise brick-and-mortar expansion across India, Insider Retail Asia reported. The business, which is based in China according to its official website, retails a wide range of products including clothing, jewellery, Korean cosmetics, accessories, and homeware.

“Our in-stores activities include creating selfie content, testimonials from the customers and feedback-based incentives,” Chandana Gupta, director of sales at VRP Telematics, told Insider Retail Asia.

“We also have a huge presence online through various social-media handles and we have our WhatsApp channel to ensure a close form of communication with customers.”

2358 will retail over 1,500 products, according to the brand’s India Facebook page and will add new stock lines every month. The brand will focus on emerging cities for store openings, aiming to tap into non-metro demand for branded fast fashion.
