Kewal Kiran Clothing posts Q4 net profit of Rs 25 crore

Kewal Kiran Clothing witnessed a 186 percent surge in its net profit to Rs 25 crore ($3.8 million) for the fourth quarter ended March 2022, as against a net profit of Rs 9 crore reported in the year-ago period.

The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 53 percent to Rs 170 crore, as against Rs 111 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
For the full year, Kewal Kiran’s net profit stood at Rs 82 crore while its revenue for the fiscal was Rs 607 crore.
Despite the pandemic, Kewal Kiran expanded its retail presence during the financial year 2021-22 with addition of stores across the country. It plans to add over 150 stores over the next two years.
Kewal Kiran owns brands Killer, Integriti, LawmanPg3, Easies, and Desi Belle. The company currently has 336 retail stores in 210 cities across 25 states and sells on leading e-commerce platforms in India.
