With the establishment of the new Kering Eyewear entity, which should be operational by the end of June, the French luxury giant is hiring, while redistributing its internal resources. It has thus appointed Yves Egeileh head of mergers & acquisitions, succeeding Charles de Fleurieu, who has been named head of Kering eyewear Japan as of this April 1, according to a company press release.

In 2005, he joined the Investment Banking division of JP Morgan in London as an analyst/associate, before being promoted to vice president - mergers & acquisitions in 2012.
