Kerastase launches e-commerce store for Indian market

Kerastase has launched an e-commerce store dedicated to the Indian market. The luxury haircare brand aims to reach new customers across India as it embraces direct-to-customer retail in the country.

“Over the years, Kerastase has seen an overwhelming response to its luxury salon presence across the country and today we are very pleased to announce the launch of our official online store in India,” said Kerastase India’s general manager Anjali Pai, Indo- Asian News Service reported. “Our aim is to reach out to new consumers through this platform and bring them to the salon – which is where the true Kerastase experience can be had… in the most luxurious environment and under the care of the most talented hair care experts.”
 
The new website features a ‘Salon Locator’ which enables shoppers to find their closest salon in India. The website also has a six-step, online ‘Online Hair Diagnosis’ tool to help shoppers find the right products for their hair needs and launched with a number of exclusive offers. 

Kerastase was founded in 1964 and specialises in luxury professional haircare. The brand is based in Paris, France and has operated in the Indian market for over 16 years by collaborating with salons in the country. The brand currently has a presence in over 430 salons across 37 Indian cities including Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, and Surat among others..
