Kartik Aaryan to endorse Danish brand Hummel in India

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has been signed by Danish sportswear major Hummel to endorse the brand in the Indian market.
 

Hummel which entered the Indian market early last year is betting big on India for growth and considers it to be a high priority market.
 
The company is looking for retail partners to enter the brick and mortar space in the country and also in the process of launching its own e-commerce website. The signing of Kartik Aaryan is expected to give Hummel the much-needed boost to enhance its brand visibility across the country.

Commenting on the association, Hummel India director Soumava Naskar in a statement said: “We are very happy to be associated with one of the most talented stars in Bollywood. He has made his own mark via sheer hard work and talent. His persona perfectly resonates with the cheerful hummel approach of inclusiveness."
 
Kartik Aaryan added: “Hummel needs no introduction. I have always been a big fan of the brand and now when it is in India, I am super excited to be its face. Hummel appeals to my style sensibilities, it is bold, fashionable, creative, youthful, and I am looking forward to flaunting the cool chevrons."
 
Founded in 1923, Hummel is one of the oldest team sports brands in the business. The brand is currently available in the Indian market on Flipkart firms Jabong and Myntra.
