Kanelle launches new 'Scrap to Rack' line

Womenswear and fragrance brand Kanelle will launch a new sustainable clothing line named 'Scrap to Rack' featuring recycled fabric scraps as the brand looks to minimise its waste and promote sustainability. 

Scrap to Rack will launch on July 8, Kanelle announced on Facebook. The womenswear line will mix the brand’s relaxed, feminine aesthetic with an eclectic mix of fabric offcuts, repurposed into unique garments. The teaser images shared by Kanelle show separates featuring abstract patterns, ruffled blouses, and mix-and-match pieces among others. 

“We are a sustainable homegrown fashion brand that does not believe in limiting creativity,” Kanelle announced on Facebook. “We are firm believers in the fact that art can help bring a huge change and a positive spirit to the world. Hence, we are bringing something unique to the table, something that is here to stay, something that will not hamper the environment because #KanelleKares!”

Kanelle retails from its dedicated e-commerce store which houses its selection of clothing, accessories, and its perfume line. The brand has been launching a number of sustainable products recently and just collaborated with accessories and lifestyle brand Sirohi to launch a sustainable macrame bag and fragrance ‘discovery’ set.
