Kamal Haasan's ‘KH House of Khaddar’ enters offline space in India
Actor Kamal Haasan’s fashion brand ‘KH House of Khaddar’(KHHK)’ has entered the offline market in India with a store in Chennai.
The brand will be housed at ‘Collage’, a multi-brand boutique store in Chennai. The brand sees huge potential for growth in India and plans to further expand its retail presence in the next year.
Additionally, KHHK plans to enter global markets, with the Middle East being the next overseas location. The brand already retails in various locations in the United States of America with Chicago being their headquarters.
Commenting on the expansion, Amritha Ram, designer at KHHK in a statement said, “It's been an exciting journey, this one year of KHHK. We launched last year with our fall winter in Chicago and began 2022 with revolutionary fabric of Khaddar. We are retailing in about 8 outlets other than the one in Chicago in United States.”
“It feels very exciting, and it's been a great journey with Kamal Haasan sir. Now we are off to retailing at one of the prestigious store ‘Collage’. The store is known for its hand curated collections. We are looking forward to this next leg of our journey and have a lot more coming next year,” she added.
‘KH House of Khaddar’(KHHK) was launched in 2021 by actor Kamal Haasan with designer Amritha Ram. Earlier this year, the brand has launched its website to sell its products in India.
