On September 22, Joy Mitra presented an opulent traditional wear collection that featured gowns and sarees to kick of day two of the three-day event. The show was closed by the showstopper and celebrity Chitrangda Singh, who wore a heavily embellished red bridal ensemble with flowers in her hair.

The next runway show was Krishna Mehta, who presented a collection inspired by the Mexican artist Frieda Kahlo. The artist’s signature floral hairstyle and uni-brow was recreated for the models who wore techni-coloured long skirts, paired with blouses, scarves, statement earrings, and sarees. Kahlo was reimagined as an Indian woman for an eclectic statement. The show was closed by Femina Miss Grand India 2015, Vartika Singh who wore a broze metallic shirt with an embroidered red lehenga.

The design duo Bharat and Reshma showcased a men’s and womenswear collection for their brand H-2. The show was military inspired fusion wear and was closed by the celebrity Randeep Hooda who wore a black bandhgala featuring an asymmetrical hemline.

Mehraab, a traditional wear brand by Arun Ahuja, Aarti Talwar, Anu Seth, and John Marya, presented a collection for the first time at the event.

The men’s and womenswear show was closed by Rohit Khandelwal and Shreya Rao who wore black and red respectively. Just the day before, the brand showcased its winter/festive collection at The Claridges in Delhi at 'The Overdressed', a shopping event sponsored by T&T Motors.

The Delhi Times Fashion Week by the Times Group ran at the Roseate Hotel in New Delhi’s Aerocity from September 22 to 24.
