Jimmy Choo partners with Rhea Kapoor to launch 'The Core Collection'
Luxury footwear brand Jimmy Choo has partnered with celebrity stylist Rhea Kapoor to launch its seasonless line 'The Core Collection'. Kapoor styled the collection and modelled for its campaign.
Kapoor created a look featuring Jimmy Choo’s three design pillars and the foundations of its Core Collection: pearl, crystal, and monogram. The permanent collection is designed to offer classic and versatile styles which are suitable for everything from formal occasions to casual wear and even beachwear, according to the brand.
“To me, glamour is an attitude, a sense of confidence that’s not limited to a time or a place,” said the brand’s creative director Sandra Choi, in a press release. “The Core Collection pinpoints the fundamental visual DNA of our brand with three distinct identities that we will reinforce and return to every season. A distillation of our essence. It’s who we are. The Core Collection offers glamour everyday– anytime– anywhere.”
Jimmy Choo’s partnership with Rhea Kapoor shows its focus on the Indian market. The Core Collection has launched at Jimmy Choo stores across the world and the brand retails in India at its exclusive brand outlets in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
