Jewellery brand Outhouse launches 22-carat gold handbag collection

Jewellery brand Outhouse has launched a line of retro-inspired handbags with 22-carat gold details and made from PETA-approved vegan leather on its e-commerce store.

Outhouse, which began as a jewellery brand, created a new monogram for its new handbag launch. The 1960s-style poppy monogram, named the ‘OH Poppi’, is designed as, “a symbol of evolution and a reminder that we must grow,” the brand announced on Facebook as it launched the brightly coloured handbag collection. 
 
The brand has launched the handbag line on its e-commerce store with colour variants including black, maroon, mustard yellow, sage green, rose pink, and baby blue among others. 

“Dancing between then, now, and always, the OH Poppi Bucket bag is a perennial wardrobe hero designed to be celebrated across seasons and time,” the brand announced on Facebook.
 
The handbag line, which mixes gold hardware with pleated details and versatile straps, fuses Outhouse’s statement jewellery with a more utilitarian design. Outhouse launched the bags alongside a collection of oversized, sculptural earrings and chokers, also featuring floral motifs. 
 
Outhouse was founded by Kaabia and Sasha Grewal in 2012. The brand has flagship stores in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru and also retails through a network of multi-brand luxury boutiques across the country and online.
